Here’s how our agency makes money with an offer anyone on the planet would say yes to:
I have divided our offer creation process into 3 parts:
-Specialize and Optimize
-Creating a no-brainer offer
We used this exact process to go from $0 to having 6 figure clients
A) Specialize and Optimize
1) Specialize
Choose a specific industry:
Go through your previous case studies
Find the companies that:
-Got the best result
-Made you the most profit
Pick the niche they belong to
2) Optimize
List the greatest problems you solved for them
For example:
If you manage FB Ads, you increased their:
-Brand awareness
-Conversion rate
If you design websites, you improved their:
-Brand impression
-Conversion rate
But what if you don’t have previous case studies?
In that case, you have 3 options:

1. Work for free
2. Decide to work with a potential contractor once you receive a new client,

How to borrow case studies?
Call up your competitors and ask them to use their case studies to bring clients…
You get your finders fee + a client
* In our course, we show how to easily you can find a niche and find a client.
For example:
Your competitor managed FB Ads for Walmart
Use the case study to bring in Amazon or Target
Let’s say the competitor charges $600,000
You get your finders fee of $30-60k
And you get a new case study of Amazon
B) Creating a no-brainer offer
What’s a no-brainer offer?
Reduce the client’s risk so much they have no other option but to say YES
Keep the offer simple: This is what you pay. This is what you get.
Now you move them through a series of emails
Example: You’re a Digital Marketing Agency
First three emails with 10 days :
Intro, tips, how you can help them with the call to action of intrigue/ interest
“Would this be something you’d be interested in? ”
Goal:
8 meetings in 1 month from Cold Email. LinkedIn Outreach
How: ( Not a meeting, just a response.
Once you receive a response, then email them with a time to meet.
